Kate, did you use flannel fabric for the back and the gold saw tooth squares. I have made quilts before as gifts for family and friends.

Post Comments Atom. The name of the block used for this quilt is called a "sawtooth star.
Then using the sides of the bags I cut my solid blocks then did the same for my gold blocks. To square off the bags, I made a triangle pattern to get a straight line.

The points of the stars are also quilt fabric. They are very thick.
